This hand-crafted figure has a clear glitter face with a faux fur beard. Blue and white chenille covering with blue and white faux fur outlining his hat. Eleven iridescent varying size plastic icicles hang from his coat and beard.  A blue velvet ribbon with 1/2" jingle bell adorns his belt line. A glittery silver plastic star adorns his hat.  Two Jet black glass crystals for eyes and a Tangerine glass crystals for his nose, rounds out this holiday Snow Elfy!
